A few months ago, SHC had also published a series of e-resources to support caregivers of terminally ill patients, and FAQs and survey findings to educate healthcare professionals on palliative care. They can now be found on SHC's new library website. For your easy reference, please find the posters below and you can use that as a quick access/circular to your team.
For Healthcare Professionals:
With the new library, we hope to improve access to information and resources through a one-stop website. We hope that these resources would be useful to your team and beneficiaries.
