More Singaporeans opting for advance care plans

The number of Singaporeans who are doing Advance Care Planning (ACP) has risen. The Ministry of Health (MOH) told CNA that 4,500 instances of ACP were completed in 2018 which is more than double the number from 2015. ACP is a document involving a series of conversations to address one's preferred health and personal care options to ensure that prior planning is made should there be any unexpected medical crisis that would arise.
