Innovative Diagnostic Lab to start receiving and processing FIT samples from 1 August 2019
Due to unforeseen circumstances in machine calibration, FIT sample processing with Innovative Laboratory will commence only on 1 August 2019. Clinics using FIT samples received from Innovative laboratory who wish to submit FIT samples on behalf of clients should send them to Parkway Laboratory between 1 July and 31 July. Patients can continue to mail their FIT samples directly as per current practice, regardless whether the envelopes bear Parkway Laboratory's or Innovative Laboratory's address. Arrangements will be made with SingPost to re-route any FIT samples bearing Parkway Laboratory's address to Innovative Laboratory from 1 August to ensure no operational disruptions for self-mailed kits. New self-addressed return envelops indicating Innovative Laboratory will be distributed following the depletion of the current batch of FIT kits.
