It also enables General Practitioners (GPs) who are interested in serving the needs of our seniors to link up with the Community Care institutions.

This Award co-funds GPs who are enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Palliative Medicine (GDPM), or Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine (GDGM) or Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) or Graduate Diploma in Mental Health (GDMH).It is administered by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
