Currently, entities access government e-Services using their Singpass or EASY accounts. With CorpPass, entities will have a unique login account to access government e-Services. This would ensure greater data privacy protection for individuals as SingPass is only used for personal e-Service transactions.

• How would CorpPass affect my clinic operations?
  

With CorpPass, GPs, clinic managers, and clinic assistants no longer need to use their SingPass to login to MOH e-Services such as Mediclaim. This can be done creating CorpPass user accounts within your clinic.

•  Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)
  The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG) have expanded the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support under the SMEs Go Digital programme, to include teleconsultation (video) solutions from now to 31 December 2020. All eligible healthcare businesses will be able to receive up to 80% PSG support to adopt these solutions.

  When done right, teleconsultation via live video provides a safe alternative to in-person visits to the doctor. Many healthcare providers are starting to provide such teleconsultation services to improve accessibility and continuity of care for their patients during this circuit breaker period and beyond. With PSG support, teleconsultation solutions are now more affordable for more healthcare providers.

  You can apply for PSG support through the Business Grants Portal (www.businessgrants.gov.sg). Doctors interested in designing and delivering telemedicine services should complete the Ministry of Health (MOH)'s e-training (registration form: https://go.gov.sg/sandboxform), which covers the use, limitations and implementation considerations when designing and delivering teleconsultation services.
