Primary Care Pages will be 2FA enabled with effect from 25 February 2017

Thank you for using Primary Care Pages (PCP) as your one-stop portal for primary care information. With the need to enhance the PCP portal’s security, PCP will implement the SingPass 2nd Factor Authentication (2FA) login with effect from 25 February 2017.

The 2FA login will allow you to access sensitive information such as MOH Circulars, clinical resources and online registrations for CME events. Please follow the step by step guide here to set up the 2FA for your PCP account. This will take you only 5 minutes.

FAQ

1. How should I proceed if my PCP account is locked?

-          Your PCP account may be locked due to inactivity for an extended period of time or maximum login attempts reached. Please proceed to inform the PCP administrator by leaving your name, MCR identification and email address in the enquiry/feedback form here. You will receive an email from the PCP administrator upon successful unlock of the accounts.

2.  I had forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it ?

-          If you had forgot your password for the PCP account, please proceed to use the ‘Forgot Password’ function. An automated email with a temporary password will be send to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email, please proceed to inform the PCP administrator by leaving your name, MCR identification and email address in the enquiry/feedback form here.

From 5th July 2016, all government e-services involving sensitive data require SingPass 2nd Factor Authentication (2FA) to perform sensitive e-transactions, such as CPF Board statements and performing IRAS tax filing. For healthcare, the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) and CHAS Online are already on 2FA.  The 2FA provides better security as it makes it more difficult for an attacker to impersonate you and access your computer, accounts, or other resources.
